Exchanges and Returns Policy

This exchange and return policy is valid from January/2023.

 A Ghaat We wish you satisfaction when making your purchases in our online store. To this end, we created an Exchange and Return Policy with respect to your needs and based on the Consumer Protection Code.

These conditions make up the adhesion contract clauses that you, the consumer, acknowledge and accept in order to make your purchases. The completion of the purchase consists of full agreement with the present rules.

If you are not satisfied with the product or have regretted the purchase, you can request an exchange or return within 15 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the order at your address.

It is important to note that you must immediately refuse to receive your product if:

  • The product packaging is damaged;
  • The product is faulty;
  • The order does not comply with what was requested in e-commerce.

 A Ghaat is not responsible if your order is received in disagreement with the above checks.

Conditions for making an exchange:

If you want to make an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition and without signs of use/washing, that is, in the same condition as you received it. Furthermore, it is essential that the item has its label attached to the piece, along with the seal, and within the stipulated deadline.

After the request, it will be analyzed by quality control within a few days. If everything is in accordance with our Exchange and Return Policy, a refund/refund will be requested. If you have chosen to exchange, a voucher will be sent for the amount corresponding to what you paid for the product.

How to request an exchange:

Send an email to contato@ghaat.com.br, stating your full name, order number and reason for the exchange. You will receive contact from us with the necessary information to carry out this process.

Conditions for return due to regret:

If you regret your purchase, you can also return your order within 15 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the order at your address, as long as it meets the conditions mentioned above.

How to request a return due to regret:

Send an email to contato@ghaat.com.br, stating your full name and order number. You will receive a refund within 15 days from the date we receive the returned product(s). The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing in our online store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive your refund.

Products with manufacturing defects:

According to Brazilian legislation, in the case of items with manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a return within 30 days, counting from the date of receipt of the order at your address.

How to request a return for defective products:

Send an email to contato@ghaat.com.br, stating your full name, order number and information about the manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos). We will review your case within 20 days from the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing in our online store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive your refund.

How to return products:

Following what is established by Consumer Law, the shipping costs for returning products due to right of repentance or items with manufacturing defects will be covered by our store through the reverse logistics process or immediate refund of the amount by presenting the Post Office invoice. In cases of return without requesting an exchange of the product, Ghaat undertakes to refund the full value of the part, as well as the costs related to all transportation of the product, including the first shipping, within the period stipulated above.

You will receive a postage authorization code by email after your exchange or return request and you must post the merchandise at a Post Office. It is essential to use an appropriate box that preserves the parts during transport, otherwise the exchange/return will not be authorized if the part is damaged during transport.
