At the age of 23, he decided to take flight and went to work at the Club Med resort chain, where he stayed for more than 20 years.
Lover of fashion and fabrics, he completed an MBA in Paris, in addition to several extension courses in the area of fashion around the world.
Back in Rio, he opened his first clothing factory, where he designed and manufactured uniforms in noble fabrics for renowned resorts throughout Brazil.
With her travel routine, for leisure or work, Alice always made her own pieces: light, practical, comfortable and super elegant, which easily fit into any suitcase.
It was through her need to dress in her own fashion that the businesswoman launched her first Balneário line.

Thanks to their “easy chic” appeal, the clothes created by Alice ended up gaining a free pass to travel beyond the limits of the sand, dominating social wear.
It didn't take long for the pieces to gain space in the closets of trendsetter women and Ghaat to open the first store. The chosen place was the famous and charming peninsula of Armação dos Búzios, in Rio de Janeiro. In 2020, already consolidated in the market, the brand opened its second physical store. This time, the chosen location was the trendy city of São Paulo, in the sophisticated neighborhood of Vila Nova Conceição.
Throughout her years of travel, Alice identified a niche in the market that demanded a chic, elegant and wearable fashion collection.
Incorporating her knowledge, experience and inspired by her vivacious and cosmopolitan lifestyle, she decided to launch the Resort line, aimed at contemporary and sophisticated women.
Inspired by the beauty of paradise islands around the world, the collections use noble, exclusive and sustainable materials in their compositions, such as pure silk and 100% linen, as well as their own colors and prints, hand-dyed and hand-painted by artists. And also, Atta straw bags imported from Indonesia, handwoven using Balinese techniques, to create unique pieces, of extreme femininity, being sensual, with a touch of contemporary, balancing comfort, elegance and sophistication, necessary for the modern woman.
